Turkey plans to allow private Kurdish-language radio and television

Turkey plans to further ease restrictions on Kurdish-language radio and television to allow private broadcasting, part of efforts to expand rights, a newspaper reported on Sunday. The move is part of Prime Minister Tayyip Erdogan's Kurdish opening, Milliyet reported.
